Common questions

How do I get the DWERK app?

Your service partner or facility operator provisions access and shares install instructions. During the PROWESS pilot, they may send a TestFlight or Play Store internal testing link. If you have not received a link, email support@dwerk.io with your name and site.

I cannot sign in — what do I do?

Confirm your phone number matches what your operator registered. Use the same number for OTP. If the code does not arrive, check signal and try again after a minute. Still stuck? Email support@dwerk.io with your registered phone number (last four digits are enough if you prefer).

My check-in is not working

Common causes: location permission denied, camera permission denied, or weak network at the site. Open Settings on your phone and allow Location and Camera for DWERK, then return to the app. Location is used only when you check in or out — not in the background. If the issue continues, use Need Help inside the app or email support@dwerk.io.

How do I see my history?

Open the History tab in the DWERK app. You will see your own recorded check-ins and related entries for your account.

How do I update my phone number?

Email support@dwerk.io with your previous and new numbers. Your service partner may need to confirm the change on their side.

Where does DWERK store my data?

Operational records are stored on production-grade cloud infrastructure in line with our Privacy Policy. DWERK is built for Indian operations and handles personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

How do I delete my account or request erasure?

Email support@dwerk.io with subject line “Account deletion request”. We will confirm within one business day and process your request per the DPDP Act, 2023 and your organization's contract.

Service partners and facility leaders

If you run operations on the DWERK console, sign in at console.dwerk.io. For onboarding, new sites, or team provisioning, email support@dwerk.io with your organization name. A dedicated operator support channel is planned; email remains the channel for the PROWESS pilot.
